RLM Industries, Inc.
Strainers, Inc. was founded in 1981 as a designer and manufacturer of fabricated pipeline
strainers, line blinds, sample coolers, heat exchangers, automatic water strainers, liquid
and gas pressure filters and other specialty components. In May, 1989, Strainers, Inc.
was bought by Eggelhof, Inc. and the name was changed to RLM Industries, Inc.
The company's products are used in the oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas transmission,
chemical processing, power and other industries. Equipment has been supplied to major
firms throughout the United States and to South America, Asia, and the Middle East.
RLM Industries, Inc. is located at 12243-B FM 529, Houston, Texas, 77041-2805
with approximately 12,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space.

Through the years of experience in manufacturing, RLM Industries has trained and developed
personnel capable of designing and/or coordinating the design for specialized equipment to
meet our customer's exact conditions and specifications. These personnel are familiar with
all aspects of pressure vessel design in accordance with ASME and ANSI codes. On standard
units and when code requirements are not specified, fabrication is performed to ANSI B31.3.
RLM Industries, Inc. products can be fabricated using virtually any weldable material or
bronze alloys required for the conditions of service. Listed below are materials which
have been used.

RLM Industries, Inc. is an ASME certified fabrication facility. Because RLM is located in
Houston, Texas, it gives us the ability to provide fabrication per customer specification
with quick turnaround time.
Welding Techniques
All welding is done by ASME code qualified welders using the following processes:
TIG Electrode MIG Submerged Arc with automatic equipment Machining
Machining, when required is subcontracted to local qualified shops that have passed our vendor evaluation.
RLM Industries baskets are available in the same materials as strainer bodies. Designs
are available in cone, basket, angle/flat cylindrical or bathtub configurations and in
single or multiple ply using perforated metal, wire mesh, or well screen.
Replacement baskets are available for our own equipment and for equipment of other
manufacturers if a sample or dimensional sketch is provided.
We stock a wide variety of materials and have ready access to special materials delivery
on fabricated items is usually 2 to 4 weeks. On items such as temporary strainers or
replacement baskets, either our or competitive ones, delivery can be made in as little as
one to two days on an emergency basis.
